I was tasked with creating a unifying technology character to help make advanced systems feel more human. The result was a friendly, smiling digital avatar designed to make tech and AI feel a little less “take-over-the-world” intimidating. The visuals were created using ChatGPT shortly after its release, which was a breakthrough at the time for realism and character consistency.
Once the concept was established, I explored the WNS brand through a series of fresh layout directions. I typically develop 7–10 distinct visual approaches before refining and advancing the strongest concept.
